New VPS and storage VPS orders are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service isn't right for you, open a ticket within 7 days of your first payment for that service and we'll refund it in the cryptocurrency you paid, at the value paid.

Exclusions

• Dedicated servers and custom builds (provisioned to order) are non-refundable.
• Add-ons (extra IPs, licenses, backups) are non-refundable once activated.
• Renewals are non-refundable — downgrade or cancel before the renewal date instead.
• Services terminated for abuse are not eligible.

How refunds settle

Refunds are sent to an address you provide. Because crypto values move, refunds return the amount paid in crypto terms (not a re-converted fiat amount) unless required otherwise by law.
