Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BuyBTCVPS services. By creating an account or deploying a service, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address for service notifications. We do not require identity verification for standard plans.

2. Services & payment

Services are billed in advance in cryptocurrency for the term you select. Invoices are priced in USD and settled at the market rate at time of payment. Services activate on payment confirmation and renew when a renewal invoice is paid.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that violate it or that threaten the stability or reputation of our network.

4. Suspension & termination

Unpaid services are suspended after the due date and terminated after a grace period. We may suspend immediately in cases of abuse, illegal content, or risk to the platform.

5. Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected service in the preceding month. We are not liable for data you fail to back up.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
