Privacy Policy

We built BuyBTCVPS to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we do and don't hold.
What we collect
- Email address — to create your account and send service notifications.
- Payment data — the cryptocurrency transactions used to pay invoices. We do not process cards and never see banking details.
- Operational logs — minimal technical logs (e.g. authentication events, abuse signals) kept for the shortest time needed to run and secure the platform.
What we do not collect
We do not require government ID, real names, phone numbers or addresses on standard plans. We do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site.
Disclosure
We only ever disclose data we actually hold, and only where legally compelled. Because we deliberately minimise retained data, there is very little to disclose. We publish a warrant canary.
Your control
You may close your account at any time, after which associated data is deleted on a short schedule except where retention is legally required.
Security
Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted, and full-disk encryption is available on every server template so you control your own data at rest.
