What do I need to sign up?
Just a working email address and some cryptocurrency. There is no identity verification on standard VPS and storage plans, and no phone number required.
How fast will my server be ready?
KVM VPS instances deploy automatically and are typically online within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Dedicated servers are delivered within a few hours.
Which operating systems can I run?
One-click templates for Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Fedora, Arch, Alpine and FreeBSD, plus Windows Server (licensed) and custom ISO uploads.
Can I try before committing long-term?
Yes — start monthly and scale up. New VPS orders are also covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Payments & billing
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning), Monero, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, and USDT/USDC stablecoins. More assets are added regularly.
How does crypto payment work?
Each invoice shows the exact amount in your chosen coin at the live rate, plus an address and QR code. We detect the payment automatically and activate your service, usually within one network confirmation.
Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?
No. We are crypto-only by design — it keeps checkout private, borderless and free of chargebacks, which is what lets us skip KYC.
How much do longer terms save?
Quarterly saves 5%, semi-annual 10%, annual 20% and biennial 30% versus paying monthly.
What happens if I miss a renewal?
We send reminders before the due date. If an invoice is unpaid the service is suspended — not deleted — for a grace period so you can top up and restore it.
Can I get a refund?
New VPS orders have a 7-day money-back guarantee. Dedicated servers, custom builds and add-ons are non-refundable once provisioned. See our refund policy.
Technical
Is the vCPU dedicated?
Cores are dedicated on Pro, Elite and Titan, and high-burst fair-share on smaller plans. We never oversell RAM or NVMe storage.
Do you offer IPv6 and extra IPs?
Every plan includes a dedicated IPv4 and a /64 IPv6 block. Additional IPv4 addresses are available for a small monthly fee, subject to justification.
Can I run a VPN, Tor relay or mail server?
VPNs and Tor relays are welcome. Outbound mail (port 25) is available on request after a short account history, to keep our IP reputation clean.
Do you provide backups?
Hourly snapshots are kept for 7 days on all plans, and you can add off-node daily backups for a few dollars a month.
Is there an API?
Yes — a clean REST API and CLI let you automate provisioning, power actions, snapshots, DNS and billing.
Privacy & policy
Do you really not require KYC?
Correct. Standard plans need only an email and crypto. We collect the minimum data required to operate your service and nothing more.
What is your logging policy?
We keep minimal operational logs for the shortest time needed to run and secure the platform, and we publish a warrant canary.
What is not allowed?
No child sexual abuse material, no attacks originating from our network, no spam and nothing that endangers the platform. See the acceptable use policy for the full list.
Where is my data located?
Wherever you deploy it. We offer offshore-friendly regions for when jurisdiction matters, and full-disk encryption on every template.
